I just received the yeti 1500x. When I checked how much charge the battery had, the screen did not turn on. I immediately put it on the wall to charge it and the screen turned on. The battery was at zero, it immediately started charging and showed the battery warning symbol after a while the warming symbol disappeared. Is this normal on the first use of the battery?

Any future intentions to launch these new Yeti power stations into the New Zealand market. Whilst I'm not a camper, the 300 could come in handy for, say, powering my laptop on the couch or a stereo in the backyard. Not to mention the usefulness if there's an extended blackout due to a storm, earthquake or other natural hazzard.

Why doesn’t the Nomad 100 have a kickstand? Even though I’m heavily invested in GZ, not having a kickstand is a deal breaker for me.

They effectively wanted me to return it to the US - I live in Europe - to have it repaired, even though they sell them here. Consequently, I am stuck with a useless brick. This company does not care about their customers or its products. I will never buy anything from them again and I suggest that you do not either.

Hello Neighbor, I'm out here in Yucca Valley. Question, I'm planning to wire a 12' X 10' Tuff Shed Barn to utilize for a small office. I'll be utilizing a Yeti 1500X Power Station. With 2 GOALZERO 200 WATT Solar Panel to total 400 WATTS of Solar Charging. How did you ground the Yeti Power Station to the outlets? Any information will be greatly appreciated. TIA

I had your 200 and loved it. I bought the 500 within a day or two of its release expecting the same quality but the unit would not recharge. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The customer rep assured me the unit was fine and it was all my fault and proceeded to tell me everything I’d done wrong, etc, etc. He would not listen to anything I tried to say, he’d just talk over me and proceed to continue assuring me I was an idiot and didn’t know what I was saying. I’ve never been so upset after a customer service call. I should have called back but I was so disappointed and angry. A few months later I considered approaching the issue again but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. I’ve never considered another of your products since, or recommended them.

Wish you could have retained the old Yeti Link EC8 to charge it via car alternator.

My Nomad 20 charges my 2 small goal zero led flashlights but that's it. It does not charge my note 9 or my s23ultra. My tablet went down from 42% to 32%. I plugged a small 18650 flashlight battery into the usb port and after 9 hours it was still dead. Not something I need in a power outage if I can't trust it. I'm taking it back to the sporting goods store.

There are portable versions of things and 12 volt versions of appliances i am just learning about. Bought a portable kettle boiler. Only consumes 300 watts. About 1000 less than my old big amazonbasics one. Just takes a few minutes longer with less capacity.

Compre uno en Guaynabo PR. Llevan años ofreciendo los 'bank' para guardar energía y nos dijeron estaban fuera de uso pq estaban mejorando la batería de litio nueva que reemplazaría los 'bank' . Resulta que no nos atienden como merecemos,no cogen teléfono y tienen parece contrato con gobierno y les resulta más fácil el vender equipos y generar más entradas. Estoy muy desencantada. Ok Goal Zero. My pockets can’t take it anymore! Just ordered one…. and a skylight… and the Yeti700. I already have the Yeti1000x three Sherpas AC and two Yeti200x and a ton of solar panels. A few more I won’t even mention. Yikes.

Sorry for being critical of the video but you barely show the product. Only 2 times and in both it was partially covered. I was hoping to see what each side looked like. A closeup of the ports would have been nice as well.

Super product. I primarily use the Pro 4000 to run computers during peak electric usage times and protect from power outages. It's been used daily for the last 3 months and hasn't failed me. Next will be to taking it camping but I don't expect any surprises as it's been rock solid and the app is easy to use.

Have (4) of these and they are all still going strong. I did replace the batteries with Mighty Max ones a handful of years ago ($58 each). All still going strong. Very very well built rugged equipment

Well, my house looks like a Goal Zero store 🤪Here are three Yeti 150 (upgraded with LFP), one Yeti 400 AGM (now with LFP), three Yeti 200x, one 500x and one 1000x. On top some Sherpa 100AC (3 gen and 4 gen) and some lights. Charged with some GZ and other solar panels the whole year. The small and light units are very versatile. So I'm very interested on the Yeti 300. When are the new LFP Yetis available in Europa (Germany)?

I just bought the Alta 80 this morning. Can’t wait to take it on the trail with my Jeep. I knew I was holding out on the Dometic for a reason.
